11. User rights
1. Delete personal information. If you want to delete personal information, including mobile
phone number, email address, ID card, order and other information, you can log out online or
contact customer service by phone to submit a deletion application. We will delete or
anonymize your personal information if the minimum retention period required by laws and
regulations is met. Within the minimum storage period required by the above laws and
regulations, we will no longer use your personal information commercially. Once the

continue to retain due to legal regulations will not be used again related business
